Uticaj političkog rizika na strane direktne investicije

Politički rizik kao fenomen posmatran iz perspektive multinacionalnih korporacija koje se javljaju u ulozi nosioca stranih direktnih investicija odnosi se na političke i regulatorne opasnosti koje postoje u zemljama domaćinima. Multinacionalne korporacije posmatraju politički rizik zemlje domaćina kao jednu od najvažnijih odrednica u donošenju investicionih odluka. U tom pogledu, političko okruženje je veoma važno i predstavlja preduslov stabilnog investicionog ambijenta. U manje razvijenim zemljama u kojima postoje izraženi rizici i troškovi u poslovanju multinacionalnih korporacija, politički rizik se izdvaja kao značajan faktor u donošenju odluke o investicionim ulaganjima. Politički faktori u zemlji domaćinu koji utiču na nivo rizika multinacionalne korporacije su: politička nestabilnost, kontrola doznaka, eksproprijacija vlade zemlje domaćina kao i razlike u vladinim propisima. Na međunarodnom planu, sprovedene su mnoge aktivnosti u nameri regulisanja nivoa političkog rizika, posebno u zemljama u razvoju. Donošenjem međunarodno prihvatljivih investicionih pravila u značajnoj meri je smanjen uticaj političkog rizika na priliv stranih direktnih investicija. Imajući to u vidu, cilj rada je da ukaže na značaj koji politički rizik zemlje domaćina ima na strane direktne investicije odnosno odluke multinacionalnih korporacija prilikom obavljanja prekograničnih aktivnosti.
