The surface-active additive - carboxylizes gas condensate - by copolymerization of gas condensate hydrocarbons and metacrylic acid at presence of initiator of polymerization - peroxides di-tretbutyl is received. It is shown, that the received modifying additive with a low acidity number can be used for regulation of physicomechanical properties of cement-concrete compositions, in particular, for increase the durability of concrete or the granular filler of concrete.
