Waste management is a priority direction of modern environmental management and relevant in the world. A large amount of organic waste is generated in the processing, storage, warehousing and processing grain. They belong to the fifth class of hazard. In the work the object of research was the organic waste feed production and silos of varying degrees of dispersion. Found to be more dispersed waste with a size of 5-10 microns, it is advisable to utilize in the production of fine-grained concrete. It practically does not change its average density, decreases the bending strength. With the introduction of the filler in an amount of from 1 to 3% by weight of cement increases the compressive strength of 12.7-14.6%. Fine-grained concrete with the optimal amount of dispersed waste М350 corresponds to the grade and class B25 and can be used for the production of foundations, sidewalks and slabs. Larger waste size of 0.2-1.5 cm is impractical to use in the manufacture of building materials, but can be used for composting in reclamation of waste quarries for extraction of mineral resources. In the work proposed filling of the quarry with layer-by-layer application of organic wastes, soil, fertilizer, sand to a depth of about 4.6 m to reduce the height difference of recultivated areas with agricultural use. In the work of the computed fill volumes and masses of the components based on total volume of fill in the quarry (on the square 55 152 m2). This event will utilize the organic waste to improve soil is saturated with nutrients, reduce the need for fertilizers for agricultural use.
