Increasing the share of harmonized standards to improve methods and means of quality control in modern economic conditions

The article presents the process of merging the standards of various states from the point of view of obtaining new, combined standards that ultimately have more progressive effects when implementing these standards in the real economy sector. It is shown schematically how this process takes place at the current stage and how it can be changed by modern political conditions. The theses consider the process of merging the national standards of the Russian Federation with ISO, IEC, DIN, EN standards and the result of these processes. New types of standards in the Russian Federation, which are quasi-standards, i.e. experiencing the stage of the incubation period, are also presented. The issues of development of import-substituting technologies in different historical epochs of Russia, standardization of these processes in regulatory and technical documents are also considered. The importance of the conditions of isolation of the state for the creation of its own, unique developments and methods that can surpass the global ones in their significance is emphasized. Examples of import substitution are presented
