Shift as a tool for solving problems of staffing in agriculture of the Altai Territory

The article considers the institute of watches as a tool for solving personnel problems in agriculture of the Altai Territory. The main characteristics of the shift system, its advantages and challenges are described. The shift allows you to attract qualified personnel, reduce the outflow of labor resources and introduce new technologies. However, there are challenges such as high organizational costs, cultural differences, and difficulties with quality control. To increase efficiency, measures have been proposed to optimize working conditions and implement monitoring and adaptation systems.
