Parameters of heart rate variability are considered depending on magnetic and temperature disturbances at students - young men of Yakuts in a transitive season - autumn month. It is established, what even in conditions of rest, such ecological factors of an environment in the North as magnetic storms and critical differences diurnal temperature of air cause changes parameters of heart rate variability and a intensive regulator systems of heart at practically healthy young men.
