Variable models of educational transformation of interaction between a university and business structures in engineering education

The results of an analysis of the demand for engineering personnel and the development of counter initiatives of universities and business structures for cooperation in the field of training engineering personnel at the present stage are presented. A hypothesis is formulated about the possibility of using variable models of interaction between a university and business structures, which make it possible, under conditions of uncertainty and incompleteness of data on the prospects for the development of education, to identify ways of transforming the processes being studied. The author's experience in studying transformations of interaction between a university and business structures of the region is shown using the example of the Kumertau branch of Orenburg State University. The variable characteristics of qualitative changes in the interaction between the university and business structures are highlighted. Classifications of variable structures, environments, and connections are given. A conclusion is made about the possibility of using (scaling) the experience discussed in the article to increase the involvement of stakeholders in engineering education - from lower forms of partial involvement to higher forms of cluster interaction in the region.
