Variability-based educational programs of the preschool childhood in Russia and Kazakhstan

The article is focused on variability-based and complex programs of preschool education in Russia and Kazakhstan. A brief description has been presented; the target objects have been determined; the opportunities and conditions of the use of the given programs in the practice of preschool education and upbringing have been described.
