"You’re invited to the Siberian regional duma". The speech of G. B. Patushinski, provisional Siberian government's justice minister, on the convention of Siberia's commercial and industrial organizations

The document, published here, contains important information about positions of Siberian oblastniks and the policy of Provisional Siberian government (created by them) regarding the Siberia’s commercial and 1st industrial groups by the end of 1917 – half of 1918. It clearly witnesses that oblastniks realized quite fast the mistake made by banning census elements from the Provisional Siberian regional duma. On the convention of Siberia’s commercial and industrial organizations (19 July 1918) G. B. Patushinski, the justice minister, speaking on behalf of the Provisional Siberian government, openly appealed to census elements, inviting them to take part in regional duma’s work.
