The importance of information flows in the enterprise management

The article reveals the meaning of «information» and «information flow» concepts, considers the value of information within the enterprise management. One of the most important tools to increase the efficiency of organization and to reduce costs can become the global navigation satellite system’s (GLONASS) installation. Authors studied the market of GLONASS-services, described basic problems, appearing with its installation
