Increasingly, international companies need managers who can comfortably and effectively perform work in different countries of the world, communicating with people of different cultures. Having certain cross-cultural competencies and personal qualities, managers are more likely to be in demand in a global environment. Companies, in order to be more effective in terms of development, create teams of mobile managers who can work with team members from other cultures, while creating the opportunity to both transmit and receive the necessary information and support. The article discusses options for creating teams of mobile managers with specific cross-cultural competencies that can be used by international companies.
