This is the first article to focus on a protocol of patients' balanced management after tricuspid valve replacement, which is based on 86 operations, with due account taken of the world experience in managing patients with valve prostheses. The above protocol enables us to efficiently make the optimal decision in various clinical situations related to the implanted prosthetic valve.
