Management of pregnant women with severe uteroplacentalfetal disorders against the background of chronic arterial hypertension

The article examined 120 pregnant women with chronic arterial hypertension complicated by grade 3 fetoplacental disorders. As a result of monitoring fetal shunts, it was possible to prolong pregnancy until the optimal timing of delivery in pregnant women with chronic arterial hypertension complicated by fetoplacental insufficiency of the 3rd degree.
