Vectors to improve the system of evaluation of the effectiveness of foreign trade customs regulation

The article reveals the problems of assessing the effectiveness of customs authorities of the Russian Federation at the present stage. The idea, that improving the efficiency of public administration requires a shift of priorities of the evaluation of customs authorities in the direction of determining the effectiveness of an institutional environment for the implementation of foreign economic activity, increasing transparency of the system for evaluation of foreign economic activity, is proved
