The article deals with the improvement of teachers' professional training taking into consideration the students' intellectual responses to the score-rating estimation of knowledge. The author makes an attempt to study the relevance of the European Credit Transfer System from the perspective of cognitive activity of students. The paper substantiates experimentally the development vectors of rating control over bachelor students' knowledge. The study may be implemented in the development of new requirements to students and their empowerment in the field of education.
