The information about constitutional distinctions of porto#caval canal of male liver. No differences having statistical importance were revealed according to indices liver's organometry of men of different somatotypes in normal state and with cirrhosis. It is proved that the organometric data of men liver do not have age-specific peculiarities in normal condition. In group of men with clinically proved cirrhosis the change of given parameters depends on the duration of pathologic process. Individual typological peculiarities of liver portocaval canal was determined in men of different somatotypes with cirrhosis and without it. Hereby, men of gunecomorphic somatotype suffering from cirrhosis have bigger diameter of hepatic veins in comparison with men of meso-, and andromorphic somatotypes. Healthy men of the same somatotype having these peculiarities also have smaller diameter of portal vein.
