Venous angiodysplasias - the current state of the problem

Бесплатный доступ

The article provides a literature review of publications highlighting current trends in the treatment of patients with venous angiodysplasia. The main method of treatment for angiodysplasias is resection. However, they carry risks of postoperative complications such as bleeding and nerve damage. In this review, special attention is paid to minimally invasive techniques (sclerobliteration, laser and radiofrequency obliteration), which can compete with open interventions. Based on the data of non-invasive examination methods, in compliance with the principles of minimally invasiveness, it is possible to obtain a sufficient therapeutic result to eliminate the main clinical manifestations of the disease.
