Приведен обзор публикаций, освещающих современные тенденции в лечении пациентов с венозной ангиодисплазией. Основным методом лечения ангиодисплазий являются резекционные вмешательства. Однако, они сопряжены с рисками послеоперационных осложнений, таких как кровотечение и повреждение нервных структур. Особое внимание уделено миниинвазивным методикам (склерооблитерации, лазерной и радиочастотной облитерациям), которые могут составлять конкуренцию открытым вмешательствам. На основании данных неинвазивных методов обследования с соблюдением принципов миниинвазивности возможно получить достаточный лечебный результат для устранения основных клинических проявлений заболевания.
