Ventilated facade system as constructive element of the reconstructed buildings

The article focuses on the need for the application of ventilated facade systems in the reconstruction of a building whose main function is thermal insulation. It is determined that one of the solutions to life extension and energy savings in the housing Fund of the Russian Federation, is the use of curtain wall systems, advantages: flame retardant, sound insulation, ease of installation and servicing designs, cost effectiveness, reliability and practicality.
