Is it possible to politicize social and labor conflicts in modern Russia?

The article assesses the threat of politicization of social and labor conflicts in modern Russia. The authors establish the key prerequisites and factors for the transition of purely economic contradictions that periodically arise between employees and employers to the political plane. The result of the study is the statement of an extremely low probability of the implementation of such a scenario. Now, the institute of social partnership allows eliminating the most fundamental contradictions between the subjects of social and industrial relations. The largest trade unions of the country reject the idea of class struggle in favor of civilized bargaining for the most favorable working conditions. Attempts to inflame political tension are promptly stopped by the state.
