Vertically integrated educational complexes as components of the national training system of flight and technical personnel for aviation

The article proves the perspectiveness of vertically integrated educational complexes as components of a single national training system of flying and technical personnel for civil aviation. Taking into account the foreign experience it was conducted the analysis of discourse in the mass media on proposals to transfer basic pilots' training into the corporate flight schools. This paper reveals the potential of vertically integrated educational complexes which provides the aviation industry with the high qualified specialists.
