According to investigation of bacterial contamination, biochemical and physic and chemical indices ( aminoammonical Nitrogen of volatile fatty acids content, pH, acidity-oxidation coefficient, bleeding level, Copper sulphate reaction and peroxidase enzyme activity), pork affected by radiation syndrome complicated with Aujeszky`s disease meet the requirements of the State Standard 7269-79 to the fresh meat. However it should be used as food only after heat treatment according to the Rules of veterinary examination of slaughtered animals and veterinary-sanitary expertise of meat and meat products.
