This research paper examines the history and evolution of Vice Media Company from its founding to the period of bankruptcy. The main attention is paid to the analysis of the market, main competitors, factors that led the company to bankruptcy and commercial strategy in the development of the company. All known causes of the company's bankruptcy are considered and analyzed in the paper. Also, we have outlined the main reasons for the popularity, fame and rapid growth of the company VICE Media.
