Specific composition of enterobiocenosis in pigs affected with diarreal syndromt reared in the West-Siberial region

The ethiological role of principal infective agents found in new-borne pigs with intestinol infections diseases with the E. coli as the main enterobiozenotic microorganism was determined. From the pathological material by means of bacteriological examination isolated microorganism cultures related to the Escherichia, the Proteus, the Staphylococcus and the Yersinia species according to their morphological, cultural, biochemical, serological characteristics. It was found that serological profile of the E. coli cultures was composed of five serovars: O149; O26; O139; O142; O141 with adhesive antigens K88; K99; 987 P. At the same time the Yersinia isolations refered to serovars O3 and O9.
