The article presents the data of anatomical examination of testes and appendages in brown bear, camel, domestic yak, raccoon and rabbit of the white giant breed. The testes and appendages were studied, and the structural features of these genitals were described. Measurements of the testis mass were made and their relative mass was determined. Linear parameters of testes and parts of appendages (head, body and tail) were studied. The aim of the work is to study the main anatomical characteristics of appendages and testes in wild and domestic animals. The study established specific features in the anatomical structure of the testes and appendages, revealed the main differences in the location of the appendage and the shape of its parts (head, body and tail) depending on the type of animal. The testes of the studied animals had two variants of anatomical and topographic location relative to the animal's body. The linear dimensions of the testes and appendages have a correlation with the body weight of the animal, with an increase in body weight, the weight of the testes increases. The size of the testes depends on the characteristics of the reproduction of the animal (the duration of the mating period and the number of females fertilized by the male). The data obtained help to judge the species differences in the structure and size of testes and appendages in wild and domestic animals, depending on the characteristics of their reproduction.
