Types of administrative offenses for violation by foreigners of the migration regime of stay in the territory of the Russian Federation

The paper examines the types of administrative offenses committed by foreigners in the field of the migration regime of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation, analyzes statistical data on such violations. The conclusion is made about the optimization of legislation in the field of migration registration: the administrative responsibility of the inviting party for non-fulfillment of obligations for material, medical and housing provision of invited foreign citizens, for providing deliberately false information about the purpose of their entry into the Russian Federation when applying for entry documents has been introduced.
