Activity is very useful for a pregnant woman. During pregnancy, such physical rehabilitation tools as walking, pilates, yoga, various kinds of Chinese gymnastics, including Tai Chi and Qigong, hydro-rehabilitation are recommended. The most favorable conditions for maintaining physical activity are created in the water. Classes in the pool for a pregnant woman are of a rehabilitation nature.
