Types and characteristics of watercolor festivals

The relevance of the study is determined by the large number of watercolor festivals held in many countries of the world. Today the watercolor festival is a dynamically developing cultural form of artistic life. Despite its rapid development and spread, this phenomenon is new and practically unexplored. In the course of its study, a number of unresolved problems arise. Among them is the issue of classification of the watercolor festivals. For the first time in science, the author suggests their classification with the examples, gives their brief characteristics as a cultural form.
