Types of legal responsibility in the medical matters

This paper focuses on the issue of legal responsibility in the medical matters, especially to such types of responsibility that is appropriate because of this legal category. At this time, this issue is under-represented in legal science and which is necessitated a more detailed investigation. In this work the author has represented the grounds for classification of legal responsibility, the authors conception of legal responsibility in the medical matters; its distinguishing marks are indentified, subject to which the grounds for differentiation of types of legal responsibility in the medical matters are established.
