The article examines the types of license agreements for the granting of the right to use a computer program established by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, highlights and describes the characteristic features of the types of license agreements, pays significant attention to the analysis of judicial practice that develops in the process of circulation of rights to use a computer program, in particular, in the process of concluding and executing licensing and sublicense agreements, the corresponding conclusions were drawn.
