Types of violations of constitutional rights and freedoms of a human and a citizen in the implementation of operational search activities

The article is devoted to the issues of consideration of types of violations of constitutional rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen in the implementation of operational-search activities. The author comes to the conclusion that ORM can only be carried out with the aim of protecting life, health, human and civil rights and freedoms, property, ensuring the security of society and the state from criminal encroachments. ORM cannot pursue any other goals (political, economic, religious) - this will be a violation of the law.
