Types of organized criminal activity and the problems of their limitation

The article relates, analyzes the problematic moments that arise in the delineation of concepts of an organized group and a criminal community, reveals the essence of these concepts, their constituent, on the basis of which their comparison and criminal legal significance are given. The views of scientists on this issue are given.
