Types of subject of judicial interpretation of law

The possibility of determining the subject of interpretation is shown to be relevant to the progress of a legal case. In this classification of subjects of interpretation, five types are distinguished, depending on the stage of law enforcement and the subject of the dispute between the parties. An algorithm for interpreting the content of a prescription (method of legal regulation) is disclosed. The characteristics of the methods, rules and techniques for interpreting the content of the prescription are presented.
