The article discusses the problem of the lack of adequate leadership styles for marketing concepts, groups of theories of personnel management, team formation. A retrospective of the development of marketing concepts in relation to groups of personnel management theories, management styles and team types is presented, their advantages and disadvantages are indicated. Based on the above material, the author summarizes the data and combines it in the form of a table, which shows that not all marketing concepts have enough described leadership styles.
