Types of Legal Disputes Related to the Rights of the Child Considered in Civil proceedings

The article examines the types of litigation in the context of the protection of children’s rights by the branch of relations in which disputes arise; identifi es certain types of family law disputes and examples from the practice of Russian courts of general jurisdiction at various levels; substantiates the conclusion that it is necessary to protect the rights of the child in civil proceedings as a “weak side”.
