Victimization of legal entities in the context of embezzlement of budgetary funds using official position and official powers in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus

The article examines the victimization of legal entities in the context of embezzlement of budgetary funds using official position and official powers in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. The author of the article highlights the official and unofficial (doctrinal, scientific, etc.) bases of victimization of legal entities and problems related to the theft under consideration, and substantiates possible directions for improving legislation (fixing the equal status of all legal entities in the criminal procedure law of the Russian Federation and fixing the legal entity to the victim in the criminal procedure law of the Republic of Belarus) and the theory of criminological victimology (discussion on the possible use of the terms “pseudo-victimization”, “victimization of the represented organization”, “direct victimization”, “subsidiary victimization”, “solidarity victimization”).
