Victimization in the sphere of negligent professional medical crimes (p.2 of art. 109, p. 2 of art. 118 of Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)

The article considers specific characteristics of the concept «victimization» in the sphere of improper fulfillment of medical service and the reasons for committing this type of crime. Statistics are analyzed and the reasons of committing this type of crime by medical officers are established. The author considers this type of crime to be professional. It is noted that the facts of involvement of persons to criminal liability for improper fulfillment of medical service are reflected in court practice quite seldom, thus the problem of studying of victimization in the considered area remains rather actual.
