Victimological terminology of modern Russian criminological legislation

The paper studies the use of victimological terminology in the Russian criminological legislation and some subordinate normative legal acts. The study concluded that criminological legislation rarely uses victimological terminology, but in cases where such use occurs, their legal content does not correspond to the doctrinal sense. In this regard, the author proposes to create a single victimological dictionary for scientific, educational, law-making and law enforcement purposes.
