Victimological aspects of the terrorism prevention problem

Concerning the possibility of early crime prevention the author elaborates classification of terrorism victims. She grounds the necessity of including the actual doer of the acts of terrorism into the concept "terrorism victim" as generally they are victims of manipulation of heads and instigators of the terrorist groups.
