Victimological aspect of fraud

The relevance of the topic is associated with an increase in the facts of fraud (st. 159 of the Criminal code), as well as the emergence of new forms and methods of its Commission. Criminals study the victim qualities of potential victims to commit a crime of fraud. In this article, the authors have tried to reveal the basic personal qualities of victims of different types of this illegal act, as well as to formulate ways to improve the system of measures to minimize the degree of victimization.
