Victimological aspect of social tensions

In the article the questions of occurrence of the victimization of various categories of citizens in connection with social tensions, understood as mass discontent of citizens by the government policy are considered. Author’s approaches to classification of potential victims of crimes during the riots and terrorist acts are pointed, measures of victimological prevention are suggested.
