The subject of the study is identifying the state of victimization trends of the modern Russian economic crime on the basis of statistics of the period from 2009 to 2014. Research is aimed at the analysis, evaluation and comparison of the observed changes in victimization statistics and dynamics of modern economic crime, as well as allowing to look at the state of victimization of the population of the Russian economic crime.
