The article deals with the victimological legislation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation governing the protection of victims of crime. The author gives the definition of the victimological legislation of the subjects of the Russian Federation as an interdisciplinary legal institution. The paper reveals the content of certain types of studied victimological legislation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, taking into account the species of victims of crime.
