Victimologia-preventive potential of acts about the adoption of measures on elimination of circumstances which facilitated commission prestuplenij juvenile

The article provides a list of factors that contributed to the Commission of violent crimes against the life and health of minors, as well as analyzes the frequency of their refection in the ideas of taking measures to eliminate the circumstances that contributed to the Commission of crimes committed by the bodies of preliminary investigation in the order of part 2 of article 158 of the code of criminal procedure. The author comes to the conclusion that the preventive potential of ideas is not fully realized due to the predominance of the formal approach over the substantive one. In addition, the reference to the need to carry out activities aimed at the rehabilitation of a minor victim is an isolated practice that deserves greater dissemination. In connection, with what the author proposes to amend the rule governing the obligation to identify the circumstances that contributed to the Commission of the crime aimed at flling the existing gap.
