Virtual educational environment of the college as a mechanism for developing a value attitude towards the future profession

The article is devoted to the study of the importance of the virtual educational environment of the college in the formation of students’ value attitude towards their future profession. The author studies modern trends in the introduction of immersive technologies into the educational process, analyzing the process of their influence on the motivation and professional self-determination of students. The paper presents the results of an empirical study of the modalities of perception of students of the South Ural State Technical College, which confirm the relevance of using immersive technologies to increase interest and develop professional values. Based on the conducted research, a structural and functional model of education of value attitude to the profession has been developed, including four key components: motivational, organizational, activity-based and result-based. The model integrates pedagogical, psychological and technological aspects, providing a systematic approach to the formation of professional self-identity and readiness for work. Particular attention is paid to methods of diagnosing students’ value orientations. The results of the study revealed imbalances in the value sphere of students, which made it possible to offer recommendations for improving educational programs. The article may be of interest to teachers and methodologists of secondary vocational education, as well as researchers in the field of digital learning and specialists dealing with issues of professional education and the introduction of technological innovations in the educational process.
