Virtual educational services as a socially-oriented learning technologies

In the article the author analyzes the trends of development of virtual services in the field of distance learning of the Russian Federation. Implementation services remote training considered by the example of network learning technology, used in RAFI. Special attention is paid to the formation of a personal learning environment of the student.
