В статье изучены особенности и варианты клинического течения бессимптомной витреомакулярной адгезии. Проанализированы ее исходы и осложнения в сетчатке макулярной области. Наблюдение за пациентами позволило выделить три варианта клинического течения бессимптомной витреомакулярной адгезии: стабильное; саморазрешение с формированием полной задней отслойки стекловидного тела; переход бессимптомной витреомакулярной адгезии в симптоматическую ВМА с развитием тяжелых макулярных осложнений.

Vitreomacular adhesion
In the article the peculiarities and variants of the clinical course of asymptomatic vitreomacular adhesion are studied. Analyzed possible outcomes and complications of macular area. Monitoring of patients allowed us to identify three variants of the clinical course of asymptomatic vitreomacular adhesion: stable, camaraderie with the formation of a complete posterior vitreous detachment, transition asymptomatic vitreomacular adhesion in symptomatic with severe macular complications.
