The article presents the efficacy evaluation of sentinel lymph node imaging by means of periareolar injection of imaging agent in patients with early stage breast cancer. The study had 66 patients examined. Sensitivity of an urgent histological test of sentinel lymph nodes was 75%, specificity was 100%.
