Visual poetics of the XVIII century poems

The purpose of this article is to study the visual and graphic design of poems by XVIII century poets (G. R. Derzhavin, A. D. Kantemir, M. V. Lomonosov, A. A. Rzhevsky, A. P. Sumarokov, V. K. Trediakovsky, etc.). The research object was poetic texts from the collected works of these authors. The activity of the reformers of the XVIII century, their students, followers and contemporaries is closely connected with the establishment of the classical canon of syllabotonic verse and also with the language reform by M. L. Lomonosov, which determined the ways of the language and literature development (poetry too). The poetry of the XVIII century gradually forms, accumulates and develops the main features of the visual-graphic model classical type poetic text. The visual-graphic image of the medium and low style genres is more variable. This poetic design helps to highlight the lightness of the content and the game aesthetics these texts, helps to catch the changes of subject, etc. The poetry of the XVIII century had a significant influence on the formation and development of the visual model of classical syllabotonic verse.
