Contribution of Yuri Mikhailovich Luzhkov to the creation of the conditions for the transition of the Moscow aglomeration to the strategy of sustainable development

The article presents the results of research work carried out with the grant support of the Yuri Luzhkov Foundation under Contract No. 06-21 / pd dated 03/15/2021. The role of Yu. M. Luzhkov, who in the period from 1992 to 2010 was Mayor of Moscow, in improving the management system of the Moscow metropolitan area for the transition to a sustainable development strategy.
